US Army Corps of Engineers Stream Gaging Stations
UMR Miles 179.6 to 2.0

 

1. All navigation interests are advised not to utilize US Army Corps of Engineers stream gage stations as a mooring for waiting vessels and tows. These stream gages are critical to the operation of the navigation channel and waiting tows can cause damages to them. Stream gages are located at the following river miles:

          a. St. Louis UMR 179.6 RDB

          b. Jefferson Barracks UMR 168.7 RDB

          c. Brickey’s Landing UMR 125.5 RDB

          d. Chester UMR 109.9 LDB

          e. Red Rock Landing UMR 94.1 RDB

          f. Grand Tower UMR 81.9 LDB

          g. Moccasin Springs UMR 66.3 RDB

          h. Cape Girardeau UMR 52.1 RDB

          i. Grays Point UMR 46.3 RDB

          j. Thebes UMR 44.0 LDB

          k. Commerce UMR 39.5 RDB

          l. Thompson Landing UMR 20.2 RDB

          m. Birds Point UMR 2.0 RDB
